Cooking tips for Lamb

Culinary Tips

The most important rule for grass fed meats is not to overcook them. Grass fed lamb is naturally lean and requires a lower temperature for cooking. It is best for rare to medium cooking. If you like well-done meat, then slow cook your lamb at very low temperatures in a sauce.
