Mountbrook Farm raises the hybrid Beefalo breed, a cross between American Bison and beef cattle. Mountbrook Farm's beefalo are 100% natural and are never given growth stimulants or drugs of any kind. They are primarily grass fed and then finished with a diet of some corn, grain and hay. Mountbrook Farm sells individual cuts, as well as a quarter or half of an animal. All meat is USDA certified.
